Return Policy Information

Items in their original condition must be unwashed and unworn. Items not in this condition will not be accepted. Items must be returned with in 14 business days. Refunds require proof of purchase including one of the following: the shipping confirmation email sent to you, the package your order was delivered in or the original credit card used for the purchase.

Final sale items may not be returned or exchanged. Please use original packing, create your shipping label and return items to:

SpaStar will refund the cost of the returned merchandise as soon as it is received. You will be sent an email to confirm that the return has been completed. Refunds are processed back to the form of original payment (i.e. - the credit card used for the order). Once the refund is applied to your credit card, your credit card company may take up to 7-10 business days to post the refund to your account.

* We can all agree that shipping is unpredictable. Please keep your tracking number until you hear from us that your return has been received.

SpaStar does not accept C.O.D. deliveries. Return shipping is at your expense. SpaStar does not refund original shipping and handling charges.
